I have over two decades of experience in the real estate appraisal industry. Since founding Druian & Associates, LLC, I have dedicated my expertise to high-end, complex appraisals and expert witness services for real estate, with a particular specialisation in disputes involving property valuation.
Throughout my career I have completed over 12,500 reviews and appraisals and served as an expert witness in more than 150 cases. As a direct engagement appraiser for leading institutions, I bring insight to every assignment that comes from having seen the same questions from many different sides. I am also a sought-after professional speaker on valuation issues, sharing my expertise at both local and national events.
